Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for a 5-bed residential and mobile respite service, ensuring compliance with licensing, accrediting bodies, and quality standards. Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and administrative supervision of clinical and residential staff while managing program budgets, electronic health records, and quality reporting. Cultivate relationships with regional funding sources, community partners, and internal teams to support trauma-informed, person-centered care for adults facing mental health or substance use concerns. Navigate crisis situations using evidence-based frameworks and guide the multidisciplinary team in delivering a flexible bridge between inpatient and outpatient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA License (LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW)
- Master's Degree in a human services-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health, mental health, or respite settings
- Strong background in evidence-based clinical frameworks
- Strong background in crisis management
- Strong background in electronic health records
- Strong background in community resource navigation
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong internal and external partnerships
