Program Director (LPN)

Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health Program, supervise and evaluate staff, and coordinate participant care with healthcare providers and families. Ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements, conduct chart audits, and develop program policies. Manage staff schedules, payroll, and attendance while overseeing safety procedures and emergency preparedness. Support marketing, outreach, and community partnerships, then monitor program performance to implement improvements. Requires an active LPN license, minimum one year experience with impaired adults or seniors, two years of supervisory experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and recent background checks.
