Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health Program, supervise and evaluate staff, and coordinate participant care with healthcare providers and families. Ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements, conduct chart audits, and develop program policies. Manage staff schedules, payroll, and attendance while overseeing safety procedures and emergency preparedness. Support marketing, outreach, and community partnerships, then monitor program performance to implement improvements. Requires an active LPN license, minimum one year experience with impaired adults or seniors, two years of supervisory experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and recent background checks. Full-time stable schedule with competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year experience working with impaired adults or seniors
- CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test within the past 12 months
- Recent physical exam (within 12 months)
- Must pass full state background check and driving record check
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience in healthcare, adult day health, senior services, or similar settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
