Job Summary
Leads and provides technical oversight of an IT segment, crafting and rolling out IT policies and procedures; acts as main point of contact with accountability for reliability of the IT segment; oversees vendor management, budget development and adherence, and KPI monitoring; evaluates staff and conducts salary administration and promotions; collaborates with management to implement IT strategies and ensure IS policy compliance; requires extensive IT leadership experience and Epic Bridges Certification preferred; position is work-from-home in Pennsylvania with standard 40-hour weeks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
- Minimum of 8 years relevant IT experience - Required
- Minimum of 2 years managing people, processes, or projects - Required
- Epic Bridges Certification - Highly Preferred
