Job Summary
Oversee Family Centered Treatment team operations by ensuring treatment planning fidelity, managing staff recruitment and supervision, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Generate accurate statistical and fiscal data on referrals and outcomes while monitoring income, expenditures, and budget adherence. Represent Pressley Ridge in local, state, and national conferences and liaise with community groups, schools, and courts. Conduct program planning, attend management meetings, and advocate for children's rights in line with organizational values. Work non-traditional hours as determined by the program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human service field
- License eligible for a professional license in human services
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with behaviorally/emotionally challenged youth and their families or Ph.D. in Human Services
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- State Police clearance
- FBI clearance
- Child Abuse clearance
- Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training statement
- Ability to operate a keypad device 50% of the day
- Ability to use electronic/office equipment 50% of the day
- Ability to travel approximately 5 times per month
- Ability to work in weather conditions about 25% of the day
- Routine use of fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows, legs and feet throughout the day
- Lower torso use 25% of the day
- Upper torso use 75% of the day
- Minimum requirements for hearing, speech, and vision
- Walking required 50% of the day
- Standing occurs 50% of the day
- Sitting happens 50% of the day
- Reaching above the shoulder as well as bending and twisting performed 25% of the day
- Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds, 4 times per day
- Maximum lift under 50 pounds, 1 time per day
- Ability to implement physical interventions
- Ability to meet the physical demands of TCI
