Job Summary
Oversee crisis stabilization shelter operations, advocacy, and community-based housing services for survivors of human trafficking while ensuring 24/7 coverage and on-call crisis response. Provide regular supervision, recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation for direct care staff. Manage program budgets, approve expenditures, and partner with finance to track grant deliverables and reporting requirements for HUD, SAMHSA, and VOCA. Ensure compliance with funder regulations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and submit accurate programmatic reports. Participate in quality improvement teams, weekly staff meetings, and community coordination efforts to streamline services for participants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Valid Drivers License
- acceptable driving record
- 2 years experience in social services or related field
- minimum of 1 year experience providing domestic violence, sexual assault, or trafficking services
- Is able to work both independently, with little supervision, and as a part of a team
- Able to establish regularity and dependability in scheduling all appointment and accuracy in reports and statistics
- Essential functions of this job is to be performed on company physical work site
- In town travel is required, includes use of personal vehicle
