Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics while managing part-time staff and volunteer coaches. Lead league-wide communications and assist in creating and executing the business marketing plan. Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports to ensure brand standards are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and maintain safety protocols across all locations. Work a varied schedule including nights and weekends to support game-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Excellent communication & organization skills
