Job Summary
Program Director works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to help kids succeed in life through sports. Manages day-to-day operations of the local youth sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service; develops rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports; oversees daily operations of leagues, camps, and clinics; ensures brand standards are executed and maintains a positive, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
