Job Summary

Acts as senior interface with state agencies and external partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with contractual obligations. Oversees governance structures, escalation pathways, risk mitigation, and performance trends; reviews major deliverables and corrective action plans; supports rapid startup environments and high-visibility, multi-partner implementations with travel up to 25%. Minimum 12+ years leading large state or federally funded health programs; experience with state Medicaid authorities or public-sector health funders; strong understanding of state health systems and rural health environments. Requires living in Oregon, Colorado, or Oklahoma to be considered; nationwide remote office option available.
