Job Summary
Program Director/Program Manager oversees the Wound Care Center operations, financial management, and community education/marketing within the assigned hospital partnership. Responsible for day-to-day center operations, staff management, revenue-cycle coordination, quality/performance improvement, and collaboration with hospital leadership. Leads marketing plans to increase patient referrals, maintains physician relations, CRM documentation, regulatory/compliance adherence, and cross-functional leadership with hospital and Healogics teams. Requires strong leadership, budgeting, strategic planning, and travel to partner sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
