Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality improvement, and community education for the assigned Wound Care Program. Manage outpatient clinic flows, assess processes, and implement best practices to improve outcomes while directing clinical and non-clinical staff. Coordinate the revenue cycle, track financial reports, and manage costs through labor and supply utilization. Develop strategic marketing plans, execute referral activities, and visit physician practices to increase center referrals. Maintain continuous performance improvement programs, monitor patient satisfaction, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting regulations. Collaborate with hospital leadership and medical directors to align program goals with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred
- 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred
- 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- High School Diploma
- 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- Management experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, to include group presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
