Program Director - Full Time

Oversees wound care and HBO center operations with leadership by example; responsible for staff management, budgeting, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, hospital partner interaction and physician management, plus professional education and referral development. Partners with Medical Director to drive performance improvement and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care across centers; accountable for managing salary, budgets and financial objectives and for collaboration with RXH staff and management to optimize program utilization. Requires collaboration across diverse teams and excellent leadership, problem-solving and strategic planning skills; experience with EMR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Valid COVID-19 vaccination is required; medical sales/marketing/referral generation experience is advantageous.
