Job Summary
Lead overall leadership and day-to-day activities within the Wound Care and Hyperbaric treatment center, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care through a blended hands-on and leadership approach. Manage clinic/operational center employees regarding performance, behavior, and training while overseeing staff management, team building, and budgeting. Collaborate with the Medical Director on performance improvement plans and handle physician management, hospital partner retention, and professional education development. Prepare and manage salary, budget, and financial objectives to maximize monthly program utilization. Solve issues between centers, physicians, and hospital partners to uphold operational reports.
Required Qualifications
- Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical sales, process management, leadership, marketing, and referral source generation preferred
- Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience is a plus but not required
- Prior experience working with an electronic medical record system preferred
- Excellent visionary, strategic, fearless leadership skills, and a 'can-do' attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), technologically savvy
- Effective problem-solving skills, decision-making via innovation & creativity
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment
