Job Summary
Develop, implement, and evaluate services and outcomes for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health needs while ensuring 24-hour program coordination and compliance. Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, approve time-off requests, and conduct performance reviews. Prepare meals according to dietary orders, administer medications as medically directed, and maintain daily documentation. Communicate professionally with persons served, families, and external providers. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met through accurate record-keeping and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or as dictated by licensure
- DHS background clearance
- Valid driver's license and meet company driving criteria
- Ability to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business
- BA or BS degree in human services or a related field
