Program Director, Freestanding ER & Urgent Care

Job Summary
Oversee facility-level operations for Free-Standing ER and Urgent Care, including full P&L responsibility and integration with hospital departments like Nursing, Radiology, and Laboratory. Coordinate provider activities with the Medical Director, manage department leadership staff, and ensure operational procedures and regulatory compliance are maintained. Lead cultural champion initiatives, participate in local marketing, and drive volume and center-level growth while tracking customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with the Regional Vice President on budget development and support clinical recruitment and training with the hospital partner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years' experience within the healthcare sector
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management
- Solid understanding of Healthcare Operations
- Solid understanding of hospital-based reimbursement, including the interplay of documentation, coding, billing, and collections
- Strong, clear, and precise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication & relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations
- Self-driven, with an ability to work well under pressure and respond to shifting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Qualifications
- Master's/MBA
- RN license
- experience with multi-site management
