Job Summary
Program Director for Children and Youth Services responsible for administrative oversight and supervision of departmental personnel, leading agency management discussions, building a unified vision across departments, representing the agency publicly, developing training materials, leading program planning and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, maintaining fiscal oversight and contributing to budgets (Needs-Based and County budgets), liaising with community partners, and championing interagency collaboration. Requires a bachelor\'s degree with at least 12 credits in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, education, gerontology, human services, or related fields and three years of social work experience including two years in supervisory/administrative roles; PA clearances (Act 33, Act 34, Act 73) are required prior to hire; Status: Full Time, exempt; Compensation: $68,834.48 annually; EOE/M/F/V/D.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor\'s degree that contain at least 12 credits in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, education, gerontology, human services, or related subject matter
- Three years experience in the field of public or private social work, including two years working in a supervisory or administrative capacity in a social service agency
