Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or recognized professional degree in human services
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Professional experience of five (5) or more years in public-sponsored child welfare/mental health services
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience of child welfare direct service staff or management of child welfare services
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in child welfare
- Experience in the utilization and implementation of evidence informed practices in child welfare environments
- Experience in the training of staff
