Job Summary
Program Director to lead the DISA DEOS program with multi-site leadership of 100+ FTEs, managing a portfolio with $25M+ annual revenue. Drives program strategy, governance, and client engagement across DoD/stakeholders; oversees contracting, risk, budgeting, scheduling, and performance; leads senior teams and coordinates with government program managers and CORs to ensure compliant, on-time delivery of enterprise technology solutions. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of PM/Program leadership, DoD familiarity, DoD regulations knowledge, and US citizenship. Hybrid work with onsite reporting in Falls Church, VA and Fort Meade, MD; travel 10-25%.
