Job Summary
Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of an assigned community-based employment setting (including OPTS centers, SEP, and CBDS) in coordination with the AVP, direct care staff, and Marketing. Responsibilities include program development, administrative duties, staffing, training and supervision of Case Worker/Manager and program direct care staff; ensure employment outcomes align with Department of Labor guidelines; train and lead staff to foster independence; provide on-the-job training at multiple sites; promote community-based employment through collaboration with Case Management and ISP teams; ensure quality assurance, safety, and compliance with CARF and DPPC/DDS requirements; serve as Human Rights Officer; manage reports and evaluations; and facilitate weekly program staff meetings. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; valid driver’s license and mandated trainings including medication administration are required. Fluent English communication, ability to prepare routine reports, and ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, families, and funders are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI)
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Experience with supervision and staff development may be preferred
