Job Summary
Program Director responsible for all aspects of the CR-SRO Program development and operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include supervising staff (Supervisor, Service Coordinators, Counselors, cooks, administrative assistant, maintenance staff), on-site supervision, weekly supervisory meetings, evaluating staff, overseeing intake procedures and SPA reporting, ensuring compliance with NYSOMH and SPA procedures, maintaining occupancy, complying with LIHTC and AHP regulations, coordinating with Property Management and accounting, providing crisis intervention (including 24/7 coverage), coordinating staffing coverage during turnover, collaborating with other housing providers and community outreach, assisting staff and clients with securing and maintaining entitlement income, staying current with required compliance documents and trainings, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or other related field
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working in a residential setting with similar populations
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or training
