Job Summary
Program Director at CRJ in Pawtucket, RI: Oversees program staff, ensures evidence-based practices and compliance with standards, manages administrative systems and contracts, builds resources and relationships with public/private entities, serves as liaison with contracting agency, coordinates staff training and development, recruits and supervises staff/volunteers, manages budget and petty cash, conducts resident disciplinary hearings, and generates routine reports. Requires a BS/BA in Criminal Justice, Human Service, or related field (Masters preferred), 2+ years supervisory experience, and a background check; full-time exempt role with benefits in Pawtucket, RI.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Human Service, or related field
- Masters degree preferred
- Two years relevant work experience
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory position
- Knowledge/experience with ADA, ACA accreditation, EEOC, and related laws and regulations
- Good judgment, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to set limits with clear boundaries
- Ability to work as a team player
- Must complete pre-employment background check
