Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Goals for Reaching Occupational Work (GROW) program by managing Community Integration Specialists and Program Managers. Coordinate employee assignments, call offs, and time sheets while approving time off requests and enforcing company policies. Conduct client and employee intake, review monthly curriculum, and administer developmental counseling forms. Ensure timely completion of Special Incident reports and worker's compensation claims. Interview qualified applicants, handle hiring and firing paperwork, and manage employee grievances. Attend staff and regional center meetings, conduct weekly field visits, and deliver employee trainings. Requires a Bachelor's degree, background check, and two years of management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- TB test
- Pass a DOJ and FBI background check
- Clean driving record (no misdemeanors or frequent traffic violations)
- Safe and reliable form of transportation
- The ability to work outside in possible heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions
- Perform physical activities such as exercise, sports, games, etc.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention and data recording
- 2 years of experience in a management position
Desired Qualifications
- Masters or greater degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience of management experience
- 2+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Crises Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training
