Program Director - Clinton Community Center

Establish and maintain program goals while continuously evaluating activities to ensure they respond to youth needs. Document attendance, engagement, and achievements using designated tracking systems, and complete grant reports with pre- and post-surveys. Monitor program areas and staff to prioritize member safety, offer one-on-one mentoring to at-risk youth, and delegate lesson planning to Club staff. Serve as a liaison between youth, parents, schools, and community groups to foster positive outcomes, while arranging tours and promoting Club opportunities. Manage program expenditures within allocated budgets, administer daily operations in the Director's absence, and provide meals per USDA standards.
