Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for the Critical Intervention Team serving Ukiah, CA, while supervising and mentoring staff including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists. Ensure quality of client services by overseeing case reviews and stabilization plans, and manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals. Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach. Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development within a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in team management
- Strong knowledge of DSM-V
- Applied Behavior Analysis
- experience working with developmental disabilities
