Job Summary
Lead the Critical Intervention Team in East Los Angeles and surrounding cities as Program Director. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring quality of client services, overseeing case reviews and stabilization plans, managing budgets and program goals, engaging external stakeholders, leading team meetings, and promoting employee development. Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field; 3+ years of team management experience; strong knowledge of DSM-V and Applied Behavior Analysis; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; willingness to reside in or near the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center service area.
