Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end ERP program for the Commercial Aircraft Group, managing planning, design, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization while serving as the single point of accountability for business strategy and change management. Own program governance, define key metrics, and lead the CAG ERP team across business process, organizational change, and program management functions. Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering to align process design with corporate standards and ensure data readiness. Manage vendor relationships, oversee system integrations for SAP, MES, and PLM, and support continuous improvement through multi-year roadmap development and adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or large-scale modernization initiatives or projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle management, and production planning
- Proven ability to bridge technical and business perspectives with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project and change management experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong knowledge of MES, PLM, and financial planning system integrations
