Job Summary

Lead daily clubhouse operations and supervise part-time program staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality youth programs for ages 6 to 18. Manage core initiatives, summer schedules, and outcome measurement systems while ensuring safety, inclusivity, and optimal service delivery. Evaluate programming impact, implement improvements, and oversee facility maintenance and emergency procedures. Collaborate with the Executive Director on budgeting, community relationships, and crisis resolution. Plan special events, field trips, and member engagement activities to drive retention and program success. Maintain membership and attendance goals through effective programming and staff development.

Required Qualifications

  • Six (6) + years of professional experience in Youth Development, Education, or related field
  • A minimum of two years' work experience directly with youth, in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization managing full-time/part-time staff, and planning activities based on the developmental needs of young people
  • Flexibility to work clubhouse hours, especially as seasons and service needs change
  • Some required travel to Club locations and community partners
  • Atypical work schedule, including evening and weekend work
  • The position requires walking and climbing stairs
  • Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Substitute education for experience
