Job Summary
Directs daily club operations and supervises program staff to deliver safe, high-quality youth programming for ages 6 to 18. Leads development, evaluation, and delivery of arts, education, social recreation, health, physical education, computer-center, and specialty programs; drives program outcomes and participation. Collaborates with the Executive Director on community relationships, financial well-being, facility management, and reporting; plans staff development, schedules, and program improvements; ensures inclusive programming and effective communication with members, families, and partner agencies. Maintains annual program planning, tracking participation and outcomes, and supporting crisis resolution and staff guidance.
