Job Summary
Establish a program setting ensuring the health and safety of members while contributing to a positive environment for all youth served. Recruit, train, lead, motivate, and supervise part-time staff leaders; anticipate and secure supplies in accordance with purchasing procedures. Plan activities consistent with the organization's youth development mission and market Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis throughout the community. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes to meet program requirements and provide guidance services while managing administrative functions and assigned resources.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with Club Staff, Board Members, volunteers, civic groups, professional organizations and other related agencies
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- A genuine interest in the welfare of children
