Job Summary
Lead program strategy, growth, and expansion across CSP, BHJI, and Mobile Outreach; build partnerships with funders, providers, and justice system stakeholders; manage budgets, contracts, and performance outcomes; supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team; ensure clinical quality, compliance, and service excellence; respond to challenges and mediate issues; provide direct service in community, hospitals, or correctional settings; ensure documentation and quality improvement are ongoing.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 2+ years of management experience
- 2+ years working with justice-involved individuals and systems
- A clinical license is strongly preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LADC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong cultural competence and commitment to social justice
- Confidence in managing staff, data, and program outcomes
- Tech savvy and adaptable in a hybrid work environment
