Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and programming of the Family Resource Center while managing contractual relationships and ensuring compliance with state and funding requirements. Serve as the primary liaison with state agencies including EOHHS and DCF, conduct community outreach to increase engagement, and supervise program staff including Family Partners. Perform trauma-informed assessments for youth and families with CRA concerns, develop individualized support plans, and provide clinical consultation to staff. Maintain electronic health records, facilitate group services, and collaborate with leadership to monitor program performance and budgets. Travel is required. Master's degree, LCSW/LICSW/LMHC licensure, CANS certification, and 5+ years in program management are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure
- Massachusetts Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and staff supervision
- Familiarity with DCF, EOHHS, and other state agencies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Travel is Required
