Job Summary
Program Director – Transportation Infrastructure leading large-scale vertical construction programs ($100M+). Oversees interdisciplinary teams, liaises with clients (airport authorities, Caltrans, DOTs), and manages end-to-end program delivery across planning, design, and construction for transportation infrastructure (aviation, rail, road). Responsible for governance, budget, schedule, safety, and quality, with emphasis on client-facing leadership, risk management, and securing additional work. Requires senior-level experience in design-build delivery, strong communication, and ability to lead complex programs in California with a focus on sustainability and resiliency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering related technical/business field
- Demonstrated experience with project and program management of large-scale design build projects
- 20+ years of related engineering management experience on Road/Highway and related infrastructure programs
- Former Director or Project Executive level experience with fiduciary responsibility
- Professional Engineering registration (PE) in California, PMP, DBIA, CM, LEED certifications and accreditations desirable
- Must operate as a "seller/doer" and manage projects, interface with clients, identify new work and be hands-on technically
