Job Summary
Program Director at Hillel for the University of Tampa overseeing student-centered Jewish life on campus. Leads and expands engagement with Jewish students, builds authentic relationships, and develops leadership pathways. Plans and executes high-quality programming (including weekly Shabbat dinners and holiday experiences), manages program calendars, and coordinates marketing, fundraising, and community partnerships. Responsible for budgeting and data tracking, reporting to senior leadership, and representing Hillel on campus while traveling regionally and internationally as needed. Requires collaboration with administrators and donors, with evenings, weekends, and Jewish holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Jewish communal work, campus engagement, or program leadership
- Strong understanding of Jewish life, traditions, and community
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Jewish holidays as needed
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to Jewish pluralism and inclusivity
