Job Summary
As the Behavioral Program Director Assistant, you will support the Program Director in planning, development, and implementation of the Behavioral Health Program; coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate Behavioral Team meetings, contribute to documentation and treatment planning, monitor performance indicators, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, or skilled nursing settings
- Experience in program coordination and support for therapeutic or behavioral health services
