Job Summary
Develop, coordinate, and control operations of assigned Program(s) and facility under general supervision of the Vice President. Ensure effective fiscal management by preparing budgetary reports, monitoring resources for cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Directly supervise Program staff, manage hiring, facilitate meetings, and administer disciplinary actions while ensuring contract compliance. Actively monitor consumer needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop new programs to enhance the Agency's local presence. Maintain professional aptitude in assigned functions and participate in investigations regarding employment or critical incidents. Submit required reports to Executive Staff and attend all management meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- two years of experience as a social worker
- Exemplary knowledge of assigned Program aspects
- Prior supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications or other IBM-compatible word processing program
- Able to work a flexible schedule, with 'regular' business hours set by the Agency
- Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements
