Job Summary
Lead the Integrated Team in engagement, assessment, and treatment planning for adults with chronic mental illness and substance use disorders. Provide administrative supervision and direction while collaborating with clients to establish recovery goals, implement safety plans, and utilize evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing. Manage the hiring process, approve agency forms, and coordinate licensing for supported housing sites. Strategize outreach to difficult-to-engage populations and advocate for community access to natural supports. Eliminate stigma through community leadership while completing all mandatory trainings and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- LPHA licensure required: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADC1, M.D., R.N., Registered Occupational Therapist or licensed Psychologist
- Must successfully complete all mandatory trainings as required by the Agency within the required timeframe
- Must be MAP certified
- Must be CPR/first aide certified within five (5) continuous months of employment/date of hire
Desired Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in the provision of clinical or rehabilitative services to adults with chronic and persistent mental health issues and substance use disorders preferred
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
