Program Director | Adolescent & Family Services

Lead the treatment team at the program by establishing open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers. Manage day-to-day operations to empower residents with skills for lasting recovery, while overseeing supervision, training, and hiring of all staff. Direct clinical services, manage treatment planning, screen referrals, and conduct client interviews and selection processes. Provide crisis intervention, direct care when necessary, and ensure client safety and advocacy. Plan and monitor program budgets, prepare monthly reports, manage financial records, and coordinate with funding sources and inter-agency liaisons. Facilitate weekly case consultations, conduct regular supervision meetings, and maintain accurate client and program records.
