Job Summary
Plan, develop, promote, coordinate, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive biblically-based rehabilitation program. Supervise and train intake staff, assign caseloads to subordinate employees, and manage the assigned caseload of program participants. Develop program plans and goals, evaluate participant progress through routine meetings, and serve as an advocate to acquire services enabling functional coping. Requires a bachelor's degree with four to five years of counseling experience; Certified Addiction Counselor certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- four to five years of experience working in the counseling field
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
