Job Summary
Plan, develop, promote, coordinate, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive biblically-based and Christ-centered rehabilitation program. Supervise and train intake staff, assign caseloads to subordinate employees, and manage the assigned caseload of program participants. Develop program plans and goals while evaluating participant progress through routine meetings with participants and staff. Serve as an advocate for program participants to acquire services enabling functional coping. Requires a Bachelor's degree in counseling with four to five years of experience; Certified Addiction Counselor preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- four to five years of experience working in the counseling field
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
