Job Summary
Develop and manage stakeholder relationships with government contracting officers and CORs to ensure alignment on Cybersecurity/SOC program execution and deliverables. Build and lead high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and empowerment while overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Define, implement, and continuously improve project and operational processes to champion best practices in Cybersecurity and SOC program management. Prioritize and manage cybersecurity/SOC tasking, including incident response and monitoring, ensuring timely execution against mission objectives and service levels. Evaluate scope changes, identify program risks, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders for proactive mitigation in a dynamic threat environment. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance cybersecurity capabilities. Provide regular status reporting and briefings to leadership on operations, performance metrics, and program health. Requires an Active TS/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and 8+ years of experience leading Agile Cybersecurity programs for Federal clients.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in a Program Director/Manager role, delivering Agile programs with an emphasis on Cybersecurity and/or Security Operations Center (SOC) initiatives
- Strong ability to strategize, plan, lead, organize, and motivate cross-functional teams in high-tempo Cybersecurity and/or SOC environment, with experience overseeing program financials, resource allocation, and workforce planning for IT and cybersecurity programs
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex IT programs for Federal clients across cybersecurity, new capability development, and system modernization (including big data platforms and multi-system integrations)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, team building, and the ability to brief senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into operational impact
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
