Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of residential group homes, supervise and develop staff, coordinate ISPs and medical services, and ensure regulatory compliance within a DDS-regulated program. Lead program development and assessment, manage documentation and reporting, coordinate with families, guardians, and community providers, and ensure safety, licensing, and quality standards are met. Also responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and providing on-call support as part of a team delivering individualized support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- 1 year of staff supervision is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid/CPR within first month of employment
- DDS Medication Administration Certificate within first six months
- Safety Care/Legal Certificate within first six months
- DPPC/Fire Safety/Human Rights/Universal Precautions Certificate upon hire
- New Hire Orientation including CORE Curriculum within first three months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must consent to a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information from agencies such as DPPC and DDS
- Must be able to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation
