Job Summary
Oversee program quality and compliance by ensuring all students are educated according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and state licensing policies. Conduct regular classroom observations to provide staff feedback and manage teams through clear goal setting and monthly reviews. Forge stakeholder relationships with district officials and parents while reporting facility issues for prompt resolution. Maintain excellent records covering financial, licensing, student, and employee documentation. Participate in weekly Director's Meetings and monthly Goal Reviews to track progress. This 12-month role supports iVAST's mission to fuel student success for children with special needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Special Education certification required
- Three years of teaching experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Administrator credentials preferred
