Job Summary
Program Development Manager role focused on leading therapy adoption and market development initiatives within Interventional Cardiology. Drive therapy utilization by identifying referral networks, educating physicians and allied health professionals on interventional cardiology solutions, and collaborating with marketing, clinical, and field teams to expand availability of minimally invasive therapies. Supports multiple territories and requires cross-functional collaboration to optimize patient care pathways and generate actionable insights for strategy and engagement. Travel up to 50% and Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical environment
