Job Summary
Lead therapy adoption and market development initiatives within Interventional Cardiology to improve patient access, optimize care pathways, and develop reference sites. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and field teams to build awareness, drive appropriate utilization, and expand availability of minimally invasive interventional therapies. Supports multiple territories and is deployable across regions. Activities include identifying where therapies can support patient care, developing referral networks, educating physicians and allied health professionals on clinical value, conducting product demonstrations and educational programs, observing procedures, participating in conferences, evaluating patient pathways with site partners, and leveraging insights to drive strategic plans and patient outcomes. Travel up to 50% and engage in virtual and in-person customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience
- experience in healthcare/medical device/pharmaceutical environment
- experience working with physicians and clinical stakeholders within cardiovascular or interventional care settings
- strong understanding of referral dynamics and care pathways within Interventional Cardiology
- ability to travel up to 50%
