Job Summary
Program Development Funding Manager oversees program development and grant funding efforts for Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare. Responsibilities include organizing programs and activities, developing new programs aligned with organizational goals, budgeting and operating planning, creating evaluation methods, writing program funding proposals for Federal, State, private foundations and corporate sponsors, managing a grants team, ensuring timely reporting and compliance, collaborating with stakeholders and marketing, performing risk analysis, and applying moves-management to cultivate institutional funders. Requires strong communication, strategic planning, project management, and proficiency in grant-writing best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or the Humanities
- minimum of five years of successful grant writing experience
- mastery of best practices in grant writing
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- donor management software
- experience in behavioral health preferred or Special Needs Advocacy
