Program Design Manager

Lead design and execution of complex programs from concept through engineering completion and handoff to execution. Serve as the primary client-facing design lead, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop design solutions, drive decisions, and maintain program schedules. Lead design reviews, coordination meetings, and planning workshops while documenting requirements, assumptions, constraints, and decisions. Identify risks early, resolve design challenges, and ensure alignment of engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and construction with the technical strategy. Drive development of design solutions from concept through detailed engineering documentation and promote standardization and continuous improvement across programs through lessons learned and value engineering opportunities. Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, BIM, operations, Estimating, Procurement, and Engineering, and ensure seamless transition from design to program execution.
