Program Delivery Specialist - OPT (Ponca City)

Job Summary

Deliver assigned community-based programs using established curricula, materials, and delivery standards while facilitating interactive learning experiences that encourage discussion and practical skill building. Adapt facilitation techniques to meet participant needs, build trusting relationships, and assist individuals with goal setting and resource navigation. Coordinate with staff to ensure consistent quality, prepare learning spaces and technology, and maintain accurate attendance and documentation records. Represent Public Strategies professionally with participants, partners, and stakeholders while participating in quality assurance activities. This occasional part-time role requires completing onboarding, training, and professional development as needed, with assignments scheduled based on program availability. Travel to different locations across the state is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to travel to different locations across the state as required
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned program locations
  • Ability to move throughout training and meeting spaces to support participant engagement and program activities
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands for extended periods during program preparation and delivery
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport program materials, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to operate a computer, audiovisual equipment, and other technology used to support program delivery
  • Ability to communicate effectively with participants and colleagues in individual and group settings
  • Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, educational programs, support groups, or other community based learning experiences
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, or educational backgrounds
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A passion for education and the empowerment of others through knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals and groups
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating group learning or engagement in community, educational, or service oriented settings
  • Ability to learn and deliver structured curricula with fidelity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in dynamic community settings
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage groups and foster inclusive participation
  • Strong relationship building and active listening skills
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Sound judgment, adaptability, and problem solving skills
  • Commitment to high quality, participant centered program delivery
