Job Summary
Forecast and fulfill staffing needs by partnering with hiring managers to pre-qualify requirements and manage candidate pools for compliance. Coordinate requisition fulfillment, including entering position details in the Vendor Management System, vetting candidates, and scheduling interviews. Manage the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, ensuring all background checks, credential requirements, and time-and-expense entries are completed accurately. Facilitate weekly vendor calls, resolve client and vendor issues, and prepare program reporting and metrics. Monitor the program inbox to resolve assigned tasks and maintain standardization across MSP Program rules and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of recruiting or staffing industry experience within a staffing agency or MSP environment
Desired Qualifications
- Managed Service Provider (MSP), Staffing and Recruiting Program, Employer of Record Program, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Program and/or Consulting Solutions experience
- Proven technical aptitude, with VMS or ATS experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven aptitude for being proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Proven aptitude to execute in fast-paced, high-volume environment and to respond to client needs
- Proven ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution
- Strong interpersonal, planning, leadership and time management skills
- Positive attitude and proven ability to take initiative
- Client facing and strong relationship building experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skill
