Job Summary
Program Delivery Manager at Invest Ottawa/Bayview Yards leads end-to-end execution of funded programs supporting startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs in Area X.O, driving on-time launches, operational momentum, and measurable outcomes. Owns partner integration, budgets, KPI tracking, reporting to stakeholders and funding bodies, compliance with funding agreements, and continuous process improvements. Builds relationships with funding bodies, industry partners, and community stakeholders; collaborates with marketing, CRM tools, and operations to ensure scalable and high-quality participant experiences. Provides leadership and mentorship to program staff and coordinates workshops, events, and cohort activities to optimize program impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or startup ecosystem support
- Experience working with startups, accelerators, or innovation programs preferred
- PMP, Agile or similar certification considered an asset
- Strong program and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems, funding programs, and innovation support
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools an asset
