Job Summary
Senior Analyst responsible for leading end-to-end change management, program and initiative delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise business processes and operating models. Focus areas include change enablement, risk/issue management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communications, and development of SOPs and dashboards in a fintech/scale-up environment. The role emphasizes translating strategic goals into actionable tasks, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and delivering timely outcomes in collaboration with the Business Operations Manager and other leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business operations, change management, project coordination, or a similar analytical role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build operational dashboards and reports
- Professional certifications in Project Management or Change Management are desirable
