Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in daily living skills, including personal care, meals, and routines. Support medical needs and appointments while following individualized support and behavior plans. Encourage community involvement and social engagement, and complete routine overnight safety checks where applicable. Work collaboratively as part of a compassionate team to build trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice. This role offers paid training, career growth through DSP credentialing, and a supportive environment focused on dignity and meaningful connection for over 1,000 individuals annually.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
